Pride and Prejudice - Jane Austin

Hello guys!!!

Once again I’m a little late with the post, the guilt is all on the university that made me get immerse on a papers universe without a end.

But let’s go, for today we are going to get out of post-apocalyptic and go back to XIX century with Jane Austen and one of here famous novel, Pride and Prejudice.

It was published for the first time in 1813 and published by T. Egerton, Whitehall, now a days it was published for several others push house and has different books cover.

Let’s go to the plot

Elizabeth Bennet lives in Meryton, on Hertfordshire, with her parents and four sisters. The history begins with the arrival of Mr. Bingley to the towns making people of the community agitated , especially the mothers who are eager to marry off their daughters and of course the young ladies too.

With the sweet Mr. Bingley comes an entourage consisting of his two sisters, his brother I low and his best friend Mr. Darcy, who with his rude way displeases everyone but during the story his character will be unveiled.

Lizzie and Darcy don’t get along from the beginning, but gradually over the course of history, you will learn that as in reality the people’s characters are not completely what they show for society but all or most of them live under a mask, so in this way they will be accepted and well regarded by society or take any advantage of the people living in it, as Mr. Wickham.

Is it worthed ????

The story is wonderful, it's worth reading and rereading because in every reading you will discover more about Lizzie and Fitzwilliam, more about human nature and that despite this history was written three centuries ago man and society continue to be what they were, with difference on their way of act but of the same nature.

You will always find a Wickham ready to dodge and use you until you are no longer of useful to him, you will always find a desperate Lydia to marry and be superior to others or even find a foolish and inappropriate woman as Mrs. Bennet.

They are characters that are perpetuated and who are on our living day, just look beyond the romance and star analyzing the brilliance of Austin, I must say I never read works as close to reality and yet so pleasant as the those of Jane Austin.

So I say with my open heart, she's my favorite writer

Buy the way, it is worth you read the hardcover version with illustrations, they are magnificent, I'll leave here a few illustrations for you to fall in love.

I hope you enjoyed

Thank you for having read until here
